Job Description

Rapid expansion and an increased demand for our services has allowed us to hire for a few positions in sales, business development and promotional marketing. We offer full training therefore, experience is not necessary, but it is a plus.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Maintain communication with event vendors through lifecycle of each event
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Creating presentations, documents, files, spreadsheets and databases
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Can work with minimal supervision
